As Co-Founder and CEO of adoro, Gavin draws on more than 25 years in insurance—eight of those focused on pet insurance—to offer a better alternative to pet owners. He’s based in Seattle, where his Labradoodle, Bebe, keeps him company (and occasionally reminds him to take breaks).

Tricia, Co-Founder and President/COO of adoro, has spent more than a decade in pet insurance, driven by one goal: to make caring for pets simpler for everyone involved. She’s based in Washington and shares her home—and most of her couch—with her Yorkies, Hudson and Harry.

With 16 years in pet insurance, Jesse brings deep expertise—and a busy household with Remi the 7-year-old pup, three cats: Carl (9), Pat (7), and Wednesday (2), and a 4-year old Bearded Dragon named Bang.

Kellyn brings 7 years of pet insurance experience and her 4-year-old Bernedoodle, Brighton to the team.
Operations Manager
Laura pairs 5 years of pet insurance experience with a background as a licensed veterinary technician (LVT). At home, she shares life with two cats, Willa (10) and Pippa (8), plus Merry, a 5-year-old Australian Cattle Dog/Great Pyrenees mix.
